            One of the most popular artists in modern country music, Vince Gill is famous for his top-notch songwriting, world-class guitar playing and warm, soaring tenor, all wrapped up in a quick and easy wit. Gill achieved his big breakthrough in 1990 with “When I Call Your Name,” which won both the Country Music Association’s (CMA) Single and Song of the Year awards as well as a Grammy for Best Country Vocal Performance, Male. In total, Gill has won 18 CMA Awards, 22 Grammy Awards, and 8 Academy of Country Music Awards, and in 2025, was presented with the CMA Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award.


         In 1991, Gill was invited to become a member of the Grand Ole Opry, and in 2007 was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. In 2012 he was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. A gifted songwriter, Gill’s compositions earned him entry into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2005 and the prestigious BMI Icon award in 2014. Throughout his career, he has released 21 albums, sold over 30 million albums, and charted 45 singles. In 2022, Gill was inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame. 


        Always considering himself a musician above all else, Gill has over the years been a part of some iconic bands, including Pure Prairie League, The Notorious Cherry Bombs, and The Time Jumpers. In 2017, Gill was asked to join the Eagles on the road, and he continues to be a part of that historic band’s tour. w music every month for a year, titled 50 Years from Home.

​           This show will be performed by students grades 4-10 from the Broward Center and The Performance Project. It is presented through special arrangement with Musical Theater International (MTI).

        This special adaptation of the nine-time Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, Fiddler on the Roof JR. follows Tevye the milkman as he tries to protect his daughters and his way of life from a changing world.


        Created by Broadway legends Jerome Robbins, Harold Prince, Jerry Bock, Sheldon Harnick and Joseph Stein, Fiddler on the Roof JR. tackles the universal theme of tradition in ways that reach across barriers of race, class, nationality and religion.

           It’s Footloose, Grease and Happy Days all rolled into one zany story. This hip-swiveling musical is inspired by the songs of Elvis Presley and features over 24 Elvis hits! The story takes place in 1955, in a square little town in the middle of a square little state.


       A young mechanic named Natalie dreams of escaping her quiet Midwestern life. Cultures clashed and nerves ran high, but uneasiness turned into trust, music soared into the night, and gratitude grew into enduring friendships.

                                                                                                                                                  Throughout the musical, true stories of connection and 

compassion are highlighted. Notable characters include Captain

Beverly Bass, the first female American Airlines captain; couples like

Kevin Tuerff and Kevin Jung from Los Angeles; and Nick and Diane, who meet in Gander. The musical emphasizes the generosity, 

empathy, and resilience of the townspeople, as well as the bonds

formed between locals and visitors over the four days.

        Victoria Clark is a two-time Tony Award–winning actress, director, and educator. She made her Broadway debut as an understudy in the original Sunday in the Park with George and has since delivered acclaimed performances in Kimberly Akimbo (Tony, Lucille Lortel, and Outer Critics Circle Awards), The Light in the Piazza (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle), Sister Act, Cinderella, and Gigi, among many others. Her television credits include Pose, The Blacklist, Homeland, and One Royal Holiday.

        An accomplished educator and director, Clark has released two solo albums on PS Classics, including Fifteen Seconds of Grace and December Songs. This special concert features songs from her celebrated Broadway roles alongside beloved standards. She is joined by music director Ted Sperling, a Tony and Drama Desk Award winner for The Light in the Piazza, with a distinguished career spanning over four decades on Broadway and beyond.
